For more than a decade, I have dedicated my life to food, hospitality and the pursuit of meaningful experiences.

Along the way, I have travelled, worked, learned and remained endlessly curious about what brings people together. Food has always been part of that story, but so have music, books, wine, creativity, culture and conversation.

Like many people of my generation, I was inspired by Anthony Bourdain's belief that food is never really about food alone. It is about people. Stories. Community. Understanding the world through a different lens.

That idea has shaped much of how I see hospitality today.

I've always been fascinated by the places people return to again and again. Not because they are fashionable or exclusive, but because they create a feeling. A warm welcome. A familiar face. A favourite table. A sense of belonging.

Beyond the kitchen, I am also the author of Rhyth.mo, a project born from my own journey through burnout, resilience and rediscovering purpose. It taught me that success means very little if it comes at the expense of the things that matter most: relationships, community, faith, creativity and living with intention.

My faith has become one of the most important parts of that journey.

I am profoundly grateful to God for the opportunities, challenges, lessons and people that have shaped my path. Without His guidance, grace and provision, none of this would have been possible.

Today, Cultura is the expression of everything I love about food, wine, music, creativity and hospitality.
